Jennifer Pilotti has been a fitness professional on the Monterey Peninsula for over 7 years. She has a BS in exercise physiology from UC Davis and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as Health Fitness Instructor. While at Davis, Jennifer worked at Sutter Healthy Weight, supervising medically approved exercise programs for overweight individuals. She also gained experience in the corporate setting, working at Cornerstone Fitness. She worked at Pebble Beach Resorts for 5+ years as a personal trainer. She recently completed the Wellcoach training program and has attended several yoga teacher training workshops. She is currently working on her M.S. in Human Movement at A.T. Still University.

She strongly believes in the health benefits of an individualized exercise program. She works with people of all ages and abilities, including teenagers, seniors, and everything in between. She has experience with collegiate athletes, and has worked with many people on post rehabilitation.

Jennifer is a triathlete, Ashtanga yogi, and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the peninsula. Jennifer stays current on the latest research in exercise science, and has a special interest in posture and pain prevention. Please call or email to setup an appointment today.
