How the hip is different from the back (and other ways to improve strength and mobility in this area)

Join Jenn in exploring the hip joint in all of its glory. We will examine its anatomical relationship to the pelvis and lumbar spine, explore how to isolate movement at the hip, including ideas for improving strength and mobility, and integrate some of these concepts in a hip and mobility flow sequence. Open to personal trainers, yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, bodyworkers, or anyone interested in deepening their understanding of this area.
