Explore the components necessary for high quality movement. Working on the nuances involved in movement and athletic endeavors is often glossed over, partially because it’s tedious, and partially because it’s challenging and uncomfortable. These classes will aim to explore some of these components in a fun, non-threatening way. In addition to the classes, you will receive access to the online video format of the content covered, so you can practice the skills that are challenging for you between sessions. If you participate in any sort of athletic endeavor, such as Crossfit, yoga, triathlons, or are simply curious about what it takes to move in a more skilled, more efficient way, this class is for you. Explore your weaknesses and turn them into your strengths to create a more varied, agile, athletic self.
