Join Jenn for this two hour exploration of joint mobility. We will use somatic techniques to improve proprioception and awareness of the area, followed by mobility techniques to isolate joints in a variety of ways. Techniques from multiple disciplines will be used. This workshop is appropriate for all levels and will give the student tools to improve joint mobility and range of motion.
