Jenn has been training clients full time on the Monterey Peninsula since 2002. She opened her first studio in Carmel, CA in 2013. She works with a diverse population, and is passionate about continuing education. She has completed post-graduate coursework in neuromuscular training, mobility, strength, and stress/pain science. She writes for a number of online publications, including Breaking Muscle, Think Movement, and GMB; she also regularly teaches educational courses, both in person and online, for movement professionals to break down the biomechanics and theory behind teaching movement.

Dave Von Ruden is a Fitness Coach with over 20 years of experience in helping all populations improve their health and fitness. Dave recently move to Pacific Grove CA from Sacramento CA due to his wife taking a counseling job at Carmel High School and to be closer to family in San Jose. Dave owned two successful private personal training gyms in Sacramento and Elk Grove CA with the sole purpose of helping busy working professionals and student athletes be the best version of themselves. He is very eager to do the same here in the Monterey Peninsula with his passion in fitness and nutrition and can't wait to help his clients transform their bodies and lives!

Hello, I'm Ariel! I'm a personal trainer at Be Well Personal Training studio and a yoga teacher in the greater Monterey Peninsula. My approach is multidisciplinary - gathering from my background in strength training, dance, yoga, Gyrotonic, and general movement exploration. I integrate these modalities to best serve whoever I'm working with.
I'm fortunate to be mentored by two incredible educators in the industry - Jennifer Pilotti and Jules Mitchell. Their guidance combined with continuing education workshops and independent research keeps my own teaching fresh, relevant, and fun.
Here is where the most important piece of the puzzle comes in: You. My mission is to help you reach your full movement potential. I believe every person deserves to experience this potential regardless of body size, socioeconomic background, age, health history, or fitness level.
